What is Orgasmic Meditation (OM)?
OM is a structured attention-training practice shared between two people. One person gently strokes the clitoris of the other person for 15 minutes in a structured, safe, and consensual environment. In a similar way to how one focuses on their breath in sitting meditation, in OM both people place their focus on the point of where the finger and clitoris meet. From here, they spend the 15 minutes finding the most resonance they can in each moment. This is in contrast to sex, which is primarily oriented around sexual gratification and more specifically the goal of climax, without any established structure.
