The Intimacy and Attraction Workshop® guides you through a range of and practices for inviting presence, emotional connection and exploring the play of polarity energies.
We all crave intimacy but we usually rely on spontaneous occurrences of this, unaware that intimacy is actually a skill that can be learned, refined and deepened with practice.
The Intimacy and Attraction Workshop® offers a practice space to come together and be guided through a set of exercises to deepen emotional connection, heartfelt presence and polarity.
We will learn, with our bodies, how to offer and share intimacy with another. As a result, we begin to cultivate intimacy in a way that feels safe for us.
The workshop will focus on cultivating emotional intimacy & sexual polarity as you move through a range of embodiment based partner practices. Instead of taking notes, you will leave with a memorable experience, so be sure to come with an open and curious mind.
During our time together, you will practice inner skills to more powerfully explore the realms of polarity and heartfelt connection in your relationship with yourself and others. This workshop offers a safe place to practice how you show up in your intimate relationships, serving as a way to radically deepen your own journey of opening to emotional intimacy - both with self and others.

Singles & Individuals will leave feeling more connected to yourself, your body, your heart while having a deeper understanding of ways to cultivate sexual polarity and deeper intimacy in all areas of your life.
Those partnered can expect to feel more connected to both themselves and their partner. The workshop can also serve as a sweet warm-up so that you can continue to explore your intimate, erotic energy in a more personal setting at home.

Donavon Lerman | Facilitator
Donavon Lerman has been studying Tantra (Classical & Neo) with various teachers, Rope Play (Shibari) with the Devil Mask Society, has gone through John Wineland’s Embodied Men’s Leadership Training (EMLT), and Advanced Practice Group (APG) programs. He has studied polarity and embodiment with Michaela Boehm and is certified though her as a facilitator in The Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLM) and The Intimacy and Attraction Workshop®. He is also Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of California for over ten years via Hands on Healing Institute.
Donavon is a certified facilitator of The Intimacy & Attraction Workshop®, a body of work developed and taught by Michaela Boehm.
