Erotic
The erotic is a vital, life-affirming energy that transcends sexuality, connecting us to our deepest sense of self, creativity, and aliveness. It is the force that fuels pleasure, passion, and authentic expression, inviting us to fully inhabit our bodies and desires. Beyond physical intimacy, the erotic is a source of empowerment and wisdom, guiding us to live deeply and authentically. By embracing the erotic, we reclaim our joy, connection, and humanity, integrating pleasure as a transformative force in our lives.
The erotic is the creative and transformative force that animates our lives, bridging the sensual, emotional, and spiritual realms. It is the energy of aliveness that fuels both our individual expression and our connection to others. The erotic invites us to embody our fullest selves, embracing desire, vulnerability, and joy as pathways to growth and liberation. It is a sacred, expansive power that inspires artistry, deepens intimacy, and fosters healing by connecting us to the mystical, the communal, and the infinite possibilities of love and freedom.
Pleasure
Pleasure is the experience of joy, satisfaction, and delight that connects us to what feels good in our bodies, minds, and spirits. It encompasses physical, emotional, and creative expressions, grounding us in the present moment and nourishing our well-being. Far from being indulgent, pleasure is essential—it replenishes our energy, fosters connection, and serves as a powerful tool for healing and transformation. By intentionally cultivating pleasure, we tap into vitality and creativity that enriches both our lives and the world around us.
Practice
Practice is an intentional engagement with activities or explorations that cultivate self-awareness & growth. It is a structured yet dynamic process of showing up with curiosity, presence, and a willingness to explore and embody new ways of being.
Rather than aiming for perfection or a final outcome, practice emphasizes learning, experimenting, and deepening over time. It provides a safe container to explore pleasure, boundaries, and authentic self-expression, allowing participants to discover what feels true for them in the moment. Consistant practice can become a pathway to greater self-discovery, healing, and transformation.

Britt
Hey, I’m Britt! I’m a Somatic Sex Educator-in-training, pleasure enthusiast, and community builder born and raised on Treaty 6 territory (Edmonton, Alberta). My journey with embodiment began in fitness, but in 2016, The Erotic Blueprints opened my eyes to pleasure as a vital part of our wholeness. In 2023, I began training with the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education to help people expand their capacity for pleasure, develop erotic confidence, and rewire their nervous systems for deeper connection and self-trust.
I co-facilitate Community Erotic Pleasure Practice and created The PleasureHunt Festival in 2024 to offer spaces for sexual exploration, play, and authentic connection. Beyond erotic embodiment, I’m deeply invested in my community, including restorative justice work. As a white-presenting Métis woman, I was raised disconnected from my Cree and Scandinavian heritage, but reclaiming those lost parts of myself has been a profound journey. I believe pleasure, connection, and self-trust are essential for healing and liberation, and my work is all about creating spaces where we can fully come home to ourselves.
Donavon studies Classical & Neo Tantra with various teachers. Is certified through Michaela Boehm as a Non-Linear Movement facilitator and Intimacy & Attraction workshop facilitator.
